So what is Li-FT? LI-FT Non-Laser Tattoo Lightening is a saline based solution that is used to lighten and erase permanent makeup tattoos safely and without the use of a laser. It contains no chemicals or acids and is safe for use around the delicate eye area and face. Li-FT is delivered into the skin where the unwanted permanent makeup pigment or body tattoo ink resides by using conventional tattoo methods. This is the least invasive and most effective method of cosmetic tattoo removal, lip blush removal, and microblading removal.
Li-FT® Saline Lightening Solution is a non-chemical, non-acid, high salt based, fruit seed extract saline tattoo lightening product that is so effective it can lighten a tattoo or permanent makeup procedure to the point it is no longer visible. Li Pigments include very particular types of natural, clean salts in combination with each other in extremely specific percentages to achieve ultimate lightening and results. These special salts are then ground down to an exceptionally fine powder eliminating any grit and allowing quick and easy implantation and absorption. Salt/Saline removal works on the theory of “Osmosis”Osmosis is a process by which molecules of a solvent (water) tend to pass through a semi-permeable membrane (skin) from a less concentrated solution into a more concentrated one.This achieves the same amount of concentration on each side of the membrane…called Equalization.
Introducing a high concentration of salt water to the dermis where the pigment resides, creates the process of Osmosis.
Water in the cells beneath the pigment contain lower amounts of salt and water will rise to the area containing higher concentrations of salt.
Equalization forces the pigment from the dermal layer up to the epidermis by Osmotic pressure.
This is a natural process to become equal to the higher concentration of salt and water. The pigment becomes trapped in the scab and when the scabs fall off some of the pigment goes with it.
Results have shown us time and time again, that Li-FT® Saline Tattoo Lightening Solution can be just as effective in removing unwanted permanent makeup, microblading and tattoos as lasers, and in many cases more effective and in less sessions.
The entire procedure takes 1- 1 1/2 hrs to complete in total. The procedure is done by first numbing the treatment area and then implementing a saline solution directly into the treated area using a tattoo machine and needle. Each area is passed 3-4 times to ensure the proper treatment and desired results for every treatment. Aftercare instructions are given along with an aftercare solution to be used at home during the healing process.
